    There is no best setting, it depends what you are doing.

    There is no requirement to drip feed if you set your submission or verification limits to what you want daily. Drops are more for when you smash out a massive blast then wish to drip feed it but I see no real reason to do this as Google is able to see the published data of the article anyway depending on the platform.
