    Seen people on BHW going on about their PBN being harder. Got some sites climbing now though so time will se if they crash or not.

    Just feels like things have stopped/slowed down. Not in a bad way, just not reacting to new links/pumping old links. Everything is 'paused'. It's fine, it happens just before an update and I've noticed this for a few weeks (second week of January). I don't do spam any more, so I'm interested to see what they brand this shite with.

    Haven't noticed any changes on my side, though I haven't done aggressive link building during the past weeks... Guess it would be a good idea to check PBN's index to see if all are still up there

    Judderman is spot on - Google index seems to go in cycles, just after a big update you can rank fast, then it gradually seems to slow down to almost to a stop right before the next one. Link spam seems to be back to working fine now, so not sure if it's been discounted or not though.

    Also, lost a few spam sites a few days ago - haven't bothered to add them to GWMT, buy the signs point to manual penalties.

    WRT PBNs, there's been some funny goings on since mid December, but I'm still trying to get my head around it TBH. Although admittedly, I haven't really looked that deeply into it, as I've been busy with other stuff.
