Translation Macro, Inside Articles Tab Question...

Hello everyone! How can I use the (#trans_ge ...  #notrans)   in multiple articles/description/title at the same time inside the Article Manager tab ? I really don't want to do it in every single article, we are talking about 200 articles per project... :-)
