Death By Captcha error
I logged into DBC and I still have 4800 credits, yet SER states Error: unable to get balance.
How do I ensure / check settings to get GSA SER to read my balnces...

user name and password to DBC were not changed and double checked to ensure they were still the same..they are.
nay advice would be great thanx.

The problem is at the DBC end of things. You'll need to drop their support an email. It's usually because either they've blocked your IP by mistake or their API is having problems.
