Non-english sites and pop-up window

For non-english sites pop-up windows with category selection or text captcha useless because of incorrect encoding. Here is picture http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=10o4sch&s=6

    Next version will fix this. I knew about this issue but refused to fix it as I couldn't read it anyway...but I agree some might want to ;)
