Anchor text in Blog Comments is mostly Person Name

Anchor text in Blog Comments is mostly Person Name, How can i avoid it ? i cant identify the Engin as says Genral Blog Comment.

    A person name is used for Blog Comments instead of the generic anchor percentage. Means whenever your project setting is set to instert generic anchors by XY%, it is not using something like "click here", but a name. You can not really avoid that unless you either edit the generic_anchor.txt file and insert a macro there called "%spinfile-names.dat% or you modify the engine-scripts itself.
