How do i post a post without a link?

I want to update some of my blogs with posts that dont have links in order to make my blogs seem more real to google then just posting a link to my site all the time...? ANyone know how to do this?

    I just post a link to Google if I want the content, but no link to my site.  For my reputation management clients I will usually post to a news item or wikipedia site as a reference link.

    I see good idea i guess il get a big list of authority websites so all of them arent the same ones each time
