Outlook Live.com Setup

So, I've read everything and tried a bunch of stuff.

I even made my own rules that said things like.

If the body contained the words "the" "a" "to" "here" "welcome" to be moved to the Inbox.

However they all remain in Spam still.

This is a newly registered Outlook Live.com email with their latest settings.

Any suggestions to get this to work?

    I would disable the spam filters entirely - It sounds like even though you have secondary rules, something else is still flagging the email as spam so it is getting stuck there.

    I want to use my actual Outlook emails. Hence why I need this.
