When to start the tier 2 & 3 on a new website

Hello everyone,

I just got stated with GSA Search Engine Ranker submitting back links to my new blog and i am following @ron example more or less which you can find here: https://forum.gsa-online.de/discussion/comment/9181/#Comment_9181

Now my question is when should i start creating back links to my tier 1.
When to start the kitchen sink and the contextual link tier 2 and 3

    Personally I start all three tiers as soon as the post is online and havent had problems.

    I start all tiers at same time. @ziffa27 And I've never had any issue with it either. No need to over think it :)
