Index checker error message "banned"

I have checked my backlinks google index, I got this type of message. What is the reason please elaborate me.

    this banned means that the proxy used for the check is banned on google and that 196 links count not be checked.

    well make sure your proxies are not banned on google ;)

    Yes I'm using 10 Private proxy (buyproxy.org) proxy working well.

    And also tried public proxy the same message getting

    yep public proxies get very quickly banned here. Whats your delay time for the proxies on search queries?

    Index checker proxy queries 50 (default)

    I have tried public and private both.

    well using public proxies is not a good idea here as most of them are banned.

    @webm200 do you have access to scrapebox? Your proxies from buyproxies are probably fine, the bug is with SER I reported it a while back here - https://forum.gsa-online.de/discussion/21301/thread-timeout-for-index-checking#latest.

    SER says the proxies are banned but they are actually fine, you can literally wait until SER says they are banned, put the proxies into scrapebox and set it off instantly and it wont have any problems. I wish I understood why this happened so SER could do it the same way scrapebox as it would be easier.

    Thank you for your valuable reply, I'm also facing the same issue, I have more time confirmed my both (Pub/Prv) proxies they are 100% working well. 
    I have scrapebox but I can not able to do every time export verified links and checked in scrapbox.
    Ok I will wait for the @Sven next update. 

    This popup also coming every check.

    Well I thought the problem was resolved. I just tested again and I could not see problems on this part here at my end. Guess I really need things to debug with your data (proxies + project backup).

    Why are you using public proxies in the first place?

    It's sample snapshot only. I'm using private proxy checking index. It will burn fast but buyproxy.org will replace proxies at any time. So proxy is not issue.

    I'm pretty sure it's a proxies issue.
    Buyproxy.org has overrated and super oversold proxies.

    I also have the issue. i do believe its not about proxy because i have retry so many time but the number of banned is always 1600, refresh proxy 2 time, the number supposed to change.
