Tiered linking projects are getting broken

I've been having this issue since the latest GSA update. I run a lot of tiered campaigns and most of the tier 2 projects are getting broken right now. 

Here's what most of my projects do:

2 Tier 2 projects -> 2 Tier 1 projects. 

For some reason as soon as I create a tier 2 project, the other tier 2 projects gets broken. And after some time both of the tier 2 projects get broken. Below is an image of what I'm talking about.

In this project the social bookmarks and the blog comments are linking to wiki and directory submissions.

    Ive been having the same problem but I noticed if I stop the projects and restart the program everything seems to go back to normal........... until you make a change or add a tier, then you have to restart again.

    @sven - I am getting this same problem since v11.14

    We encounter the same problem. Once you move/rename projects there are a bunch of "broken" projects in root.

    it's fixed in v11.15 right?
