'Identify And Sort In' -> Is There A Limit To This?

I have some scraped URLs and when I upload them to this it only seems to identify and sort the first 15,000.  Is there a 15,000 limit or something?  Or is a problem with my file?

    there is no limit on size...might be in file yes.
