What is the meaning of the popup? What I do this?. In my 30 account is an account blacklist, you want to delete it permanent?

    Well it's just what that message means. Those accounts are known to be used in spamming and so when used for further sign-ups...it will get you no confirmation emails or the submission fails immediately.

    When you uncheck the accounts, they are no longer used for account creation and only used for verification.

    I don't know what accounts you use or what engines so it's hard for me to give suggestions here. Usually you are save if you do not create backlinks in the Forum category.
