What are the Best Secondary Captcha Services for Recaptcha?

I need to setup a secondary captcha service for the captchas that solve below 10% and would like to hear your feedback on the various other services.

    What about Shani BPO or the others on the SER Captcha options list?

    why. just to answer recaptcha? CB does approx 10% recaptcha solving with my tests..

    Do you find they actually correctly solve the captchas or just report them as solved?

    death by captcha worked but eats up $$$

    I've used  Shanibpo for a while when they first came out. It works fine and seemed like I was spending less than I was with DBC.

    BUT, many times I found their service would be down. That hurts when I wake up in the morning and see that I didn't have captcha solving all night. Also their payment options blow, they don't have a straight paypal option.
