GSA SER running on 2 or 1 threads only

Although I've set it to 90. It starts off fast and then reduces to 1 or 2. Any help will be appreciated.

    public proxies are a problem here + the captcha solving maybe? Do you have services added to CB ?

    Public proxies are slower but why aren't they utilised? I'm using GSA captcha breaker to solve captchas, working fine.

    Public proxies die quickly. Try switching to shared proxies you can run around 10 threads on each proxy and they stay alive + are usually much faster.

    The problem was apparently caused by the option "pause the project after x submissions". My intuition told me that when paused it should not use any threads but when active it should utilize all available threads.
