What is the relationship between two options

What is the relationship between Options/"Verified Links must have exact URL"  and Data/"Domain as anchor text", could you elaborate me?

    They have nothing in conman.
    Verified Links must be exact URL - This means that SER will only take links who are exactly those that is has submitted. Sometimes is doesn't matter if SER tried to submit a subblink but only a root domain was verified

    "Domain as anchor text" is not using your main anchor text but the domain which is more natural in come cases.
