How to limit number of Submitted links per Day with GSA Ranker ?

Rather than blasting my site , i want to limit the link velocity growth.

How do i limit gsa to creating for 200 backlinks per day ?

    There is a setting in options where you can say stop submission for 24 hours after 200 verifications.

    Is it project data options 
    or options > settings > submission

    but i cant see where to put ""24 hours after 200 verifications. "
