How Often do you have to change Emails

I keep getting this Error Message on my campaigns. POP3 Login failed - SockError: Valid name, no data record of requested type"

Please let me know..

    this is usually because of proxies.. 
    are you using proxies on your emails ?
    that would be pretty stupid to do... (unless you need to use them, for example russian emails with russian proxies? maybe?) anyways it's better to keep proxies off in the settings for emails, youll burn them faster than the speed of light.
