How To Make Backlinks From a Particular country websites using GSA SER?

Hi..is there any "footprint" to make own specific site list which belong to some special field like music or video or anything desired? Can someone make backlinks from his desired country only? Like i want to make backlinks from Indian sites but if i uncheck all other countries option in the option menu except India then hardly i am getting a backlinks..i tried 2-3 hours but not even single backlink was made..Help and guidelines please.

    You gotta have a lot of links imported, as well, you can probably optimize the footprints for indian sites when you scrape them in SB or GScraper. 

    You could also try using common indian words as keywords when you scrape.
