Only certain platforms seem to catch

I am running a couple of projects and have many platforms ticked but it seems that only certain platforms seem to be making links and always the same ones. Is there any reason for this?

    Well if I select Joomla K2 in the prohect then yes. if I don't tick this platform when I am submitting it will then seem to only verify one or two particular other platforms instead. I have even turned off allow posting more than one times and so now I get hardly any links. LPM dropped from 300 to 120 over night.

    Joomla K2 when selected will build plenty of links but it seems to dominate the linking and only build those, but as I say even when Joomla not selected, the same can be said about the next platform that GSA decides to use.

    verified links are always coming in whenever SER sees it being online no matter if you currently have unchecked that engine or not. I was asking what platform you think should perform better!?
    Also a sample would help to see why no submission happening.
