Socks (and other) proxies not working (not passing tests) in 10.74,10.76 and 10.77

I have bunch of self made proxies (socks, connect etc), all proxies pass tests in 10.58 and are actually working (tested by hand and other seo softwares), but in 10.74, 10.76 , 10.77 and 10.78 these proxies dont pass tests. I see proxies are working in SER (i see traffic goes through proxy) but SER says proxy is dead so its probably bug in SER.

    tried that in SER and PS ...both test fine :/
