GSA SER wont import keywords

I have tired cut and paste, from file utF8 and ISo but none work

    I right click gsr and start as administrator
    click on project and open
    go to keyword tool that has some keywords in already
    click tools import or all of the above highlight keywords in txt file for example and then it says import 0

    now if I click on a txt file with say 14 keywords in
    it is now importing say 8 of them?

    ah I found a different way to do it highlight all projects then right click go to modify project then till allows you to highlight all of the text files with the keywords in and brings them all in in one go
