Redirect Pro Problem

blakew1251blakew1251 San Francisco North Bay

After todays update, I can't seem to get more than 5 backlinks from PR5 and above and they are all tinyurl with the same duplicate address..

Yesterday it was producing around 50-55 redirects.

Thanks.

Maybe you have to review the "Filter by Link Type". It might have that new type unchecked called Link-URL.

Wow! That worked! PR5 and above produced 298 redirects.

    Thanks Sven!

I should have been more detailed.

Before I was getting around 50-55 301 redirects at PR 5 and above. Now I am lucky if I can get 2 redirects.

I can get around 85 301s if I set it for PR0 and above. Is it just that the database changed and some of those sites are no longer?

    Thanks.

hmm so it is not working for you? I thought that link filter fixed it for you? If not, give me the exact settings you use to reproduct things here. The database however was only added with links, I have not removed any.

It started working after I turned off Filter By Link Type, but today I realized that I am getting all of the types, instead of only 301s.

    Settings:
    Threads: 50
Link Type ON: 301HTTP Header Redirect (Moved Permanently)
Filter By PR: PR5 and up
    Filter By Site: Off
    Links With Keywords: Off
    Limit Number of Links: Off
    Recursive: Off
    Proxies: On
    Check URL Before Submission: Off

    Thanks.

Hi Sven: Any luck with my settings?

I downloaded the latest version today and I am still having the same problem.
    301s only, PR5 and above, Results= 1 Redirect.

    Thanks.

Wow I didn't think it would be of such a problem :( You have to enable "Link-URL" as well. This is the 301 link type with URL-IN-URL. You seem to want that as well I guess.

    Yes! Perfect, that worked!!! :)

That must have gotten unchecked on one of the updates.
Now I get 45 Redirects like before.

    Thanks.
