No form at all - Can I do something?

I have a lot of these errors ' no forms at all ' in my log and the setting which I have in options is " If a form can't be filled - Choose Random. " Is there anything which I can do?

    This can have different problems. Usually proxies not being stable (prublic proxies) or the sites SER tries to submit are not as expected.
