No target to Post

I received message when I started many campaigns with "Red Triangle sign" on left side of my GSA SER "No target to post (may be blocked by search engines, no site list enabled, no scheduled posting) please guide me how to fix it. Thanks.

    Usually a proxy issue where SER is unable to find anything as search engines blocked all proxies.

    If I disabled proxy then issue will be solve?

    I disabled proxy but problem is same, any other suggestion?

    I think it is setting issue, can you please send me SER basic setting manual or guide line?

    ok and then please also the screenshot from the proxy dialog (pressing Configure).
