Is Use New Engines Option Gone?

It seems to me there used to be a "Use New Engines" option under the modify project when right clicking a project. I don't see that option. There is only an option to "Use all engines for a partly used category". I don't what to use check all in a category because I'm only creating dofollow, etc. I only want to choose the new engines. How can I do this en masse?

    you can do that also on that same popup menu "Choose Engine Selection".

    @Sven - my "Choose Engine Selection" is greyed out on all active projects. These projects are months old, and I've never added new engines. I see you have added new engines recently.

    you see that option just on first run after an update.
