Solving hard captchas

Is there any software or service that can solve difficult recaptchas as shown below? These captchas are difficult to solve even by a human.

    What is the success rate? Currently trying to solve them manually but they are too time consuming.

    well I often have to solve that stuff manually myself and from 5 tries one is successful. I don't know what G. is up about with that. It's rediculous really.

    ya....it seems to have started popping more frequently nowadays...guess every high juice site has started using recaptcha and making our life difficult. Some web2 sites have even started using mobile phone authentication.
