anchors matching article

Hi @Sven,

Could you explain how does the new feature works?
10.48 - new: improved article placing with "anchors matching artilce"

Will SER first look for the anchor in the title or in the body?

Is there a setting for this or it's a built in feature from now on?

Thanks

  • I dont see a setting for this feature. Might just be built into the engines.
  • I haven't found one either but this might just mean that both of us aren't capable of succeed in simple tasks set by higher level of intelligence. ;)

We discussed this in this thread. It's simply SER being smarter in choosing the best article for the URL/anchor.
  • Sorry if I am being slow on this.
Does this being smarter mean that SER no longer just picks a random article but it tries to find an article with the previously chosen Anchor in it?

    yes
  • That's great!
Thanks for clearing it up for me!

On a footnote it would be useful if SER could also check the article usage and only trigger the
'add some more article' warning if ALL the articles have been used.

    Thanks for the great update!

    Thats already happening.
  • That's a pretty bad news judging by the colours of my projects...
