Are The Default "Remove Duplicate Domains" Engines Correct?

For removing duplicate domains, I know by default the ones that can be cleaned are checked. But there are a couple in here that are unchecked that I'm not too sure about. I'm wondering if they just were forgotten. Also, I just want to get confirmation on the other ones just to be sure.

    indeed two of them are not correctly configured and I changed that for next update:

    I explecitly added "posted domain check=0" there so I guess it has a meaning somehow...I wonder why though.
