GSA Ser - Proxy Checker Bug

I don't know if it's an all around bug, or only GSA Ser specific.

The Remove all proxies (private/public) : http://prntscr.com/9w5s0o
resets to http://prntscr.com/9w5sua Remove bad proxies when older than xxxx minutes
each time I restart GSA Ser.

    fixed in next update. For now click e.g. on the checkbox in front twice (off/on) to save settings
