hello...having some issues with software building out tier 3's or more...also tier 3's won't build (even when duplicating another project).  Is there a process to submit a ticket? This feature stopped working for me after the last update...

    Shouldn't be an update issue. Maybe your TIER3 has a filter which prevents it to get links from TIER2?

    I went back and checked the filters...I still cannot get the tier 3's to start generating backlinks...
