Quality of Articles Go weird after verification

Hello To all my senior and respected members.
I am facing issue with backlinks articles after verification quality of articles goes weird, a lot of special characters added to articles, I am using article builder with GSA.

    If this happens with every submission you make on any site, try opening your article in a text editor and changing the encoding to UTF-8 or something else.

    it's actually a bug that I have fixed in 10.24

    Sven Sir updated to version 10.24 but the issue still exists.
    can you please help to figure out the issue?

    then it's something else than the char-spin algorithm. Any samples again please made with v10.24 (make sure it's really build with that and not just verified).
