This portion of GSA  use 100%  of my cpu processing power and i cant seem to reduce the threads?

    I'm not sure what you mean? You can select thread count when you create each project and also, the bandwidth limit on the main screen, lowering that should help with CPU.

    the Identifier will always use up resources best to either have the cpu power or the patience to wait.

    Are you talking about:

    GSA Platform Identifier
    or
    GSA Search engine ranker  = Import URL's

    For both just lower the number of threads.
    If that dont help get a decent computer and try again
