How to deal with "text captcha found and skipped" ?

All is in the title. I see this a lot in the log when SER is working but do not know what to do to be able to submit successfully.

    You have to enable "Ask User" in project options or enable decaptcher as captcha service (can solve text captchas) or AskMeBot (when it is launched).
