Can GSA post on forum?

Hello, Im interesting, can GSA create topics on such forum CMS as VBulletin, MyBB, Discuz, SMF? Not only posting links in profile, but creating post like this

    Yes Gsa SER can post to forum - there is setting in data tab

    Under where to submit on the left- click forum.
