Update to 10.10 All Data gone!

Hello,
after update to 10.10 this morning gsa dont load project data (submitted/verified) and proxies anymore on program start :/
What should i do?

    does it load the projects at all? If not, Im sure it installed to some other folder or you moved the folder before to a new location.

    projects load at all. As you can see, some projects show 0 and others missing many links.
    Yesterday i had 3,4mio verified links today only 460k.
    I've checked the files in the project folder. In some project files  they are realy nothing. 

    This is the worst case scenario for me :/

    But the update has nothing to do with this. Must be something else liek a hd error, verified got deleted due to a reverification has failed.

    Update: i have found out that inactive projects doesnt lost anyhing. 

    The first program start after update was problematic. It stoped after 10-15 seconds. Then i saw the zeros in some projects. Probably files are overwrote.
