backup/restore project not support thai language

I change project name to thai language it's work.

but when I backup and restore thai project name is broken.

    not the name is broken but the tiers have no longer a main project as there name changes. You have to edit the projects again and define the "new" main project.

    Yes tiers not find main project. because after restore main project thai language transform to xxx language.
