Multiple Postings on Same Domain

Hi
I have a small problem with posting to the same site, when I (think) I have check the option to stop that from happening. 
Pls take a look at the attached image and tell me what I am doing wrong, as I can't figure it out.
I am using a scraped SERocket verified list, if that's any help.

Just to be clear, I aonly whant one link to be posted on each of the domains that are contained within the list.

    What type of URLs are you submitting there? Is this a tier project?

    Contextual only. 
    Tier 1 only.

    It seems that the problem has resolved itself now - now more multiple postings on the same domain.

    I will revert if something goes wrong again.
