Hello,why i can't even single backlink from article , wiki article , web 2.0 blogs ?
What is the problem ?

    Well maybe somehting is setup wrong on your end. Do email accounts work? Do proxies work? Show us some logs.

    It means SER is waiting for an email form the sites with a verification link in it to continue submission. Sometimes also waiting for login/password to be sent.

    good contextual links can take up to a  week to verify

    May be they are in verification list for the best results and may soon you will get the email regarding this so you will be able to verify that. It can be due to the Links you are generating there.
