Difference Between Keywords and Anchor Text?

I'm a SER NewBee coming from a SENukeXCR environment.

What is the difference between Keywords and Anchor Text?

Is there a good video that shows how to fill in the information for the engines like Artlices, Wiki's ?

    Keywords are what is used to search for new targets.  Anchor text is the text you want to use to link back to your site.  Check the stickies for more info.

    Do you have any video tutorial or sample to create a good keywords and combinations with anchor text?

    Anchor text -> The words / word you want to be found on with Google Search.
    Keyword -> everything related to the anchor text.
