Export by FTP failed: 550 Can't change directory to /public_html/proxies/: No such file or directory

Having issues with proxy multiply and GSA Proxy scraper trying send/create the file of proxies via FTP.

directory is going /public_html/proxies/

FPT is set to the same path.   /public_html/proxies/
no password on the folder
all permissions on the folder.
Have tested 755 and 777

Any Ideas?

and yes there is a folder named proxies in the public_html

Trying to get that figured out

maybe you need to give it filename like /public_html/proxies/proxies.txt or create that file too
  • I will give that a go, i did create the file... ill try adding it into the path
  • Export by FTP failed: 550 Can't change directory to /home/socialproxies/public_html/proxies/proxy_data.csv: No such file or directory

Nope still having issues doing that :/

With the file created and the name in the path.
and with the file name created and not in the path
  • ^ for the GSA Proxy Scraper input.

for the FTP User itself the path i have tested is

    /home/socialproxies/public_html/proxies

    and /home/socialproxies/public_html

hmm sorry but this error message 550 Can't change directory to /public_html/proxies/: No such file or directory does really look like a misconfigured account. Maybe you didn't give it full access!?
