unable to get balance on GSA CB with deathbycaptcha

Hi,
I am using GSA CB and I have the known issue with deathbycaptcha.
I am running GSA CB on a Windows server as administrator and disabled the "run a webserver" option of CB, my hosts file is clean.
Any ideas to solve the issue?

    For your information I have also scrapebox and the service is working.
    GSA is in the trial mode, I have just a couple of days left.

    seems like api.dbcapi.me (the host CB relies on) is down.

    I'm a rep from DBC and I can help you out. 

    We don't have any particular issues with our API endpoint at this moment. We would recommend:
    • Check the hosts file. 
    • Flush your DNS
    • Check your firewall/antivirus configuration.

    I have the same problem  https://gyazo.com/e6284eee2c97869ced23d6702dc94230 Its going on two my separate computers. And very surprisingly - only on Captcha Bracker, in GSA I can check balance of deathbycaptcha without problem, from site balance also without problem. Whats going on? How to fix it?
