GSA crashes

Hi,
My software seems to crash as soon as i start it, I have been running the latest updated software for over a week with no problem,
any suggestions?

    how does that crash look like?

    As soon as i run the software, it runs for a second or so and then closes completely.
    "unknown software exception 0xc0020043" in 0x7738d111
