CB - Error with opening multiple instances when using X

Hi tried to close CB using the top right X, what happened is it then started to load another instance and update itself at the same time, then giving me an error saying I was running too many copies.

    Thats the Search Engine Ranker that has started Captcha Breaker as it saw it is not running.
