FTP export doesn't work

No matter how I try to set up the proxy export, I get an error as in the screenshot above.
Here is my setting
I did try different names (no txt), left the "path" field emty etc. Nothing seems to work.

That error message is strange indeed as it is just a normal reply after issuing the PASV command. Can you maybe share the stuff in pm so I can debug?
By the way the passive reply on the screenshot showed the IP of the server thats why I have removed it.
