Possible Index Check Bug - False negative when proxy gets banned

I was checking too many URL, so my proxies got probably banned by google. The problem is that the URLs show as not indexed (red) even if they are indexed - @Sven, could you please address this? Maybe by adding third colour for banned proxy (can't tell if indexed or not)
