New .company TLD not recognised as valid

sickseosickseo London,UK
There were recently a large number of new TLD's released. I purchased a .company and ser does not recognise this as a valid url when I use it as my target url in my project. I have version 8.08 which is the latest.

For example, I am using http://seo.company/

those new tlds are all sick...soon they allow a new tld for every word. Anyway next version allows it.

    Hi Sven,

Wonder if you have had a chance to update this yet? Just downloaded version 8.12 and the .company domain is still throwing an error. Thanks.

hmm I could swear I added it already but somehow it was not in. Next version has this I promise.
  • Hi, is there somewhere we can add TLDs so we don't get errors for the URL field.  I'm using %spinfile- and the .work tld

    thanks.

    .work is now?
  • Nope, still getting an error.  The only thing I have in the URL field is:

    http://domain.work

I don't get the error if I change it to http://google.com

@Sven Do you need a list of TLDs?  It's possible others may be affected.

I made a video here (it might need a minute to process):

well I have updated all tld recently. The problem is that there are way too many poping up lately :(
  • Maybe somewhere we can add them?  That way the validation works but you don't have to add thousands of TLDs?

Next version will let you allow to ignore this check...Though adding an external list might follow anyway.
  • Thanks Sven, it's working now.
