People don't generally use email creators because they are unpredictable and disappointing. You can either buy ready made emails or self host them.

I've heard mixed reviews with this but you can use the ( . ) trick in gmail and also use the ( + ) trick to make an almost unlimited amount of emails from 1 gmail account.
