Pre-setup account submission

Hi guys. Just wondering if some kind SER expert soul could help me. I have lots of Tumblr, WordPress, Live Journal etc etc accounts and I would like SER to submit. How and where to I go to add the existing user id for each account? I realise I am new here and asking for a detailed question but my head is very sore from banging it against the wall, so not only would you be saving me a headache, my wall would be grateful to!

    in you project, click Tools/ Import/Acc. Data
    format is:
    url:username:password
    e.g: http://blabla.tubmlr.com/:user:pass

    But, some engines are not supported by SER. (Tumblr,blogger..)

    Thanks Vuli. Do you by chance has a list of popular web2.0/article sites are work with SER?
