Set a percent or maximun of posts/accounts for some specific type

Hi @Sven

Im getting a lot of blogger backlinks, i which is could set some percent or maximun of links allowed per hour from any specific type of link.
I also have a lot of Boinc and i want to have it, but less.

An option to put a limit for any type will be great!

    Sorry but you have to split the project up in case you want to have special amounts of links.

    I dont want some specific amount of links, just changing the percent that some kind of link are getting, per example, make that Blogger does not go over 20% of the total number of links.

    If that is not possible, okay, i was giving just a great idea :)
